Here's a web site that I wrote for WellPoint. It's aimed at small businesses and was supposed to make it easy for them to sign up online. However, no matter how much red tape we thought we could cut through, you couldn't get around the fact that it took filling out about 45 pages (on the web site) to even submit an application. Maybe it was more than 45 pages.
Despite that, the web site still came out pretty good and had a nice friendly vibe and all that.
